About the Job
We're hiring a Growth Analyst to sit inside our venture studio and drive pipeline development for multiple early-stage companies simultaneously. This role combines hands-on outbound sales execution with go-to-market systems design and optimization.
You'll be responsible for booking qualified meetings, building early-stage pipelines, and creating the frameworks and workflows that make our portfolio companies' GTM engines repeatable and scalable.
What You’ll Do
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) across multiple portfolio companies
Build and manage early-stage sales pipelines in Attio and other modern GTM tools
Design, test, and optimize outreach sequences, messaging frameworks, and qualification criteria
Work directly with founders to refine positioning, ICP definitions, and go-to-market strategy
Implement and experiment with AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and response rates
Track metrics, report on pipeline health, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Contribute to the studio's zero-to-one GTM playbook and best practices documentation
Context-switch rapidly across different industries, buyer personas, and business models
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated sales experience in a high-activity role (inside sales, SDR, door-to-door, outbound calling, etc.)
Ability to work in-office 3 days per week in Pleasant Grove, Utah
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing data and workflows
Learn-it-all mindset with evidence of self-directed learning and improvement
Proven track record of discipline, consistency, and holding yourself to high standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modern GTM tools (Attio, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar)
Hands-on use of AI tools for productivity, research, or content creation
Content creation experience (video, social media, creative outbound campaigns)
Interest in startups, venture capital, or entrepreneurship
Systems thinking and process optimization experience
