About the Role
We're hiring a GTM Specialist to own demand generation and pipeline development across our studio portfolio. This isn't your typical sales development role where success means hitting quota month after month for years. This is a launchpad.
You'll work across multiple early-stage companies simultaneously—running outbound motions, designing GTM experiments, building automation workflows, and learning what actually works when you're starting from zero. Then, every 6-12 months, we expect you to get poached by one of our portfolio companies as their founding GTM lead or Head of Growth.
This role is part sales execution, part GTM engineering. Yes, you'll make cold calls and work events. But you'll also build AI-powered outbound sequences, experiment with new channels, create content that converts, and pressure-test positioning with real buyers across different industries.

This is a hybrid role based in Pleasant Grove, Utah (3 days in-office required).
Responsibilities
Execute high-velocity outbound motions (cold calling, email sequences, social selling) to generate pipeline for portfolio companies
Own full-funnel visibility and pipeline hygiene in Attio across 3-5 active ventures simultaneously
Design and run GTM experiments: test channels, messaging angles, automation workflows, and conversion strategies
Build AI-powered outbound systems using the latest tools to increase personalization and efficiency
Partner with founders to validate ICPs, refine buyer personas, and establish product-market-channel fit
Create content that drives pipeline—video outreach, LinkedIn posts, case studies, whatever gets responses
Implement signal-based prospecting using intent data, technographics, and account intelligence
Attend industry events and conferences to generate in-person pipeline and market intelligence
Track leading indicators (connect rates, response rates, meeting-set rates) and optimize toward revenue efficiency
Build repeatable GTM playbooks that portfolio companies can use as they scale
Develop deep understanding of multiple industries, buyer journeys, and sales methodologies in compressed timeframes
What Makes This Different
This isn't a traditional sales development role. You won't spend 2-3 years grinding the same pitch for the same product.
You'll context-switch constantly. Learn new industries fast. Work directly with founders. Build systems, not just execute them. Experiment with cutting-edge tools. Create content. Test hypotheses.
And here's the career path: we expect you to leave. Every 6-12 months, one of our portfolio companies will likely offer you a founding growth role—leading their entire GTM function as they scale. We've seen it happen repeatedly, and we actively facilitate it.
This role is for people who want to be founders or early startup operators, not career SDRs. It's a training ground, not a terminal position.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on sales development experience with proven ability to generate pipeline (SDR/BDR, inside sales, or high-volume outbound role)
Ability to work on-site in Pleasant Grove, Utah 3 days per week
Builder mentality—you see what needs to exist and you create it
Comfortable operating in 0-to-1 environments with minimal structure and constant change
Evidence of self-directed learning, curiosity, and hunger to level up
Strong communication skills across phone, email, video, and in-person channels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modern GTM tech stack (sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools, intent providers, AI copilots)
Understanding of B2B sales methodologies (MEDDIC, BANT, Command of the Message, etc.)
Active experimentation with AI tools for outbound, content creation, or research
Content creation experience—video, writing, social media, anything that's generated engagement
Exposure to different GTM motions: product-led growth, founder-led sales, community-driven, partner-led
Genuine obsession with startups, new technology, and how companies actually grow
