About the Role
We're hiring a GTM SDR to generate pipeline across our studio portfolio. This is a sales role first, you'll be making calls, sending emails, booking meetings, and building pipeline every single day.
But here's what makes it different: you're not repping one product. You're working across multiple early-stage companies simultaneously. Different industries, different buyers, different pitches. You learn fast, adapt quickly, and figure out what messaging actually works when you're starting from scratch.
The career path isn't the typical SDR > AE > Manager grind. It's more like: crush it here for 6-12 months > get hired by one of our portfolio companies as their founding GTM lead or early sales hire with real equity and expanded scope.
If you're tired of unrealistic quotas, the same pitch forever, and want to be on the front lines of building actual tech companies, this might be for you.
This is a hybrid role based in Pleasant Grove, Utah (3 days in-office required).
What You'll Do
Execute daily outbound activity: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings
Own pipeline development across 3-5 portfolio companies in Attio CRM
Test messaging, iterate on scripts, and figure out what resonates with different buyer types
Work directly with founders to understand product positioning and refine ideal customer profiles
Maintain accurate pipeline data and report on activity metrics and conversion rates
Attend events and conferences to generate in-person pipeline
Collaborate with studio team to share learnings and improve outbound effectiveness
Support early discovery calls to help qualify opportunities and understand buyer needs
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience; SDR, BDR, inside sales, door-to-door, or any high-activity outbound role
Ability to work on-site in Pleasant Grove, Utah 3 days per week
Comfortable on the phone and professionally persistent
Strong work ethic with evidence of hitting goals consistently
Adaptable; you can learn new products and industries quickly
Detail-oriented when it comes to CRM hygiene and following up
Hungry to level up and take on more responsibility
Nice to Have
Experience with sales tools (CRMs, outbound platforms, data tools)
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and methodologies
Interest in startups and technology
Track record of creative outbound that got results
