Sales Development Representative (Growth Associate)
About the Job
At Philo Ventures, we partner with founders in the earliest of stages, turning ideas into companies. This is a Studio role and sits inside the Growth Team, where we help founders build, manage, and grow pipeline. You’ll be a core part of that effort: calling, connecting, following up, and building workflows that allow founders to focus on the magic while we take care of the mundane. This is an SDR role, but not the typical commission-driven one. It’s about relationships, curiosity, and consistency. You’ll test messaging, manage deals, and help shape how early-stage startups go to market. The pace is fast, the work is varied, and context switching is constant. If you like startups, learning new tech, and figuring things out as you go, you’ll thrive here. This is a hybrid role based in Pleasant Grove (three days in office).
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social
- Build and manage early-stage pipelines in Attio for multiple ventures
- Help founders test outreach strategies and refine positioning
- Track touch-points and report on progress to the Growth team
- Contribute to improving the studio’s zero-to-one go-to-market playbook
